why "isatope"?
I go by the name Isa, so I typically use aliases replacing the "iso-" prefix of words with "isa-". Some other options included "isaleucine," "isamer," and "isamerase." What do you think I should have went with?
Hi, I’m Isabella (Isa), a recent UC San Diego grad (B.S. Bioengineering: Bioinformatics) working across metabolomics, proteomics, NGS, and various computational problems.
Right now I’m based in San Diego, job hunting in bioinformatics/genomics, and building out a few projects to round out my NGS experience. Take a look at projects, grab my resume, or wander into the lab if you want to check out my personal work.
